Abundance Victory was founded by Ms Norlia, widely known as a food technologist, business consultant and a mentor.

 

Ms. N started her career as a Food Technologist in 1986 and acknowledged as the foremost pioneer expert in Commercial Sterilization & Cook Chill Industry in Malaysia. 

 

She then rose in her career as a Food Manufacturer in 2005 serving local and international companies and finally set up Abundance Victory in 2016 focusing on consulting & building food & Nutraceutical (food for medicinal purpose) factories. She has since built and consulted many food companies from Malaysia, China and Japan. 

 

To commemorate the humble beginning of her own family food business from home. In 2019, Ms. N starts to focus in facilitating small food entrepreneurs. In 2020 & 2021, Ms. N expand further in mentoring small food businesses by collaborating with WENA (Women Entrepreneurs Network Association) for their programs which are funded either by WENA, ILO, US Embassy etc.  

 

Apart from business, Ms N also continuously supports student internship from various local Universities and oversea schools;  involved in stray cats rescue, health and well being projects.

 

Ms. N is very passionate about what she does and believes that her work has great impact in society. Ms. N’s achievements and the various positions held in the community is a testimony to her commitment to elevate the industries she is in to greater heights.
